I have had the honor of learning from this medicine for years and its impact on my life cannot be understated. I first began as an assistant drumming for Huachuma ceremonies and my love and respect for the medicine and what it stands for has only grown and deepened since then. I have spent a lot of time with this medicine in Ecuador learning from practitioners of the medicine and from the medicine itself.
